Other Projects

It always begins as an idea or maybe I was bored. Whatever the reason I had it ended up in a creative project. And now I get to share them with you. Whatever it is, it is an example of wood working skills. We are looking for another challenge, let’s make something even more complicated together. Let our imagination inspire yours.

FireFly!

This is a sign I crafted for my daughter that glows in the dark. She is my Fire-Fly!

BlueTooth Speaker.

The left speaker was made with Walnut, Cedar, and Maple. That wireless Bluetooth speaker was a gift.

The lower one was made with All the scrap wood I could find in the shop. Both are simple works of art, with function.

The Busy Bee Hive

Built for the a table as a 3 Dimensional display for cup cakes and flowers. BUT, the legs slide off and can be mounted on the wall easily. Design and decorate yourself or let us make one to match your dimensions and décor.

Chess Set

I made this set with Texas Walnut and Post Oak harvested from dead trees in my yard. The edge was made with Mesquite wood from a log salvaged from a burn pile. This set sits on display at the house waiting on the family to play its first game. The pieces are weighted and the bottoms have felt. Eventually I plan on creating a special table with draws for this to be a center piece for a chess corner or library.

Custom Magnets And Key Chains

Your choice of wood and words.

Spalted Maple bowl. The coloring of this wood truly adds character to this piece. Finished in a hard wax, this work of art is a table’s center piece.

Pen Sales Display case.

This was a personal need. But I wanted to display more then Just my Pen-Pals. I wanted to display my talent too so I made this case with an optical illusion that comes from messing with the grain pattern’s direction.

Pool House Bar Top

Made from Loblolly Pine Slabs with a request to leave the live edges alone and shape the Ends to match its natural character. He wanted to coat it with epoxy on his own. Once he gets that done, I will share a picture with it completed. Special Thanks to my Wife for helping me with the final fit adjustments. Love you dear!

And Many, MANY MORE…
